This tool displayed a timeline of gained and lost backlinks for a specific domain using circles. Red circles represent lost backlinks, green ones represent gained links and the size of the circles shows the number of backlinks. Clicking on a circle shows more information on the backlinks, such as what domain they are from and expanding further shows specific URLs.
The Link Events tool generated useful timelines which could indicate if there are any issues with losing backlinks as well as showing where they came from and on what date.
